At Rapid Test Direct, we offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $200 or more. For orders under $200, a flat-rate shipping fee of $9.99 applies.

We partner with UPS and USPS, selecting the most efficient carrier based on your location and the size of your order. Expedited shipping options, such as Next Day Air, are available at checkout for an additional cost and are not included in the flat-rate or free shipping offers.

Same-Day Shipping:

Orders placed by 5 PM EST on business days will ship the same day, provided the items are in stock.

Florida Customers:

As we are based in Florida, most orders shipped within the state typically arrive the next
business day at no additional charge.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking
details so you can monitor your package all the way to your doorstep.

Returns

At Rapid Test Direct, we take great care to ensure your order is packed and shipped correctly. While errors are rare, they can happen.

If we made a mistake with your order, we’ll make it right—no hassle, no extra cost. You can return the item within 30 days of the invoice date, and we’ll do our best to correct the issue quickly.

Important: All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To request an RMA, please contact our Customer Service team at 954-558-0202. Returns sent without an RMA may not be accepted.
